Last week saw five fabulous results for the ladies.<\/p>\n
On Monday they well beat Buckhurst Hill in a Colbert Cup match at home.<\/p>\n
On Wednesday two teams travelled to Loughton and played the Colbert Cup and a FDL match with winning results from both teams.<\/p>\n
On Thursday Buckhurst Hill was again their target in the Albert Crabbe Shield match. The home team made a positive contribution winning by 10 shots which more than covered the away team’s very good result of only losing by 2 shots on the last end. We now progress to the next round in this competition to play Falcon on Tuesday 28th August.<\/p>\n
The icing on the cake was the Area Final of the Top Club in which we again met Buckhurst Hill on a neutral green (a last minute arrangement!) Winning on 3 of the 4 rinks meant we now go forward on the 1st September to meet the winners of “A” area – Clockhouse, on the neutral green of “Old Dagenham”.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
